• A:Answer Hi Cali, thank you for your question! Some of our dishwasher models feature an InfoLight® that projects a solid beam of light onto the floor to indicate that the cycle is running. However, our Benchmark® Series models have a TimeLight® feature located in the pocket handle. While the cycle is running, the TimeLight® feature displays status information such as delay time, cycle information, or remaining time. Q: QuestionIs there a particular type of salt for the dishwaters water softener that is recommended or will any water softener salt be okay? If so where would you purchase this particular salt? How often would you say the softener needs to be refilled?

Q: QuestionOur new dishwasher is noticeably louder than our last one. It was a 42db and this is a 38db. Is there something that should have been installed with it like insulation? I’m surprised at how much louder it is.
