QuestionHi, How many hest settings are there for each burner? We need to replace one of our Kitchen AIDS as it only has 10 settings, no good for simmer.

- Answer Hi Bill, thank you for your question. Model:NITP669UC has 9 settings. However, it also has intermediate settings, giving you many more options. Per the Use and Care Manual: Set the desired power level using the 1 to 9 symbols. Power level 1 = lowest power level. Power level 9 = highest power level. Every power level has an intermediate setting. This is marked in the control panel with the . symbol. For NITP669 Models: 50 Amp Circuit Breaker, 240 Volts - 3 Wire- 60 Hz, 208 Volts - 3 Wire - 60 Hz, All with 39 inch (1m) flexible conduit (included). QuestionThe picture shows a ventilation system in the back of this cooktop, one that can be raised when needed. Is this ventilation system part of this cooktop? Does this cooktop come with its own built-in ventilation system?

- Answer Hi Libby. Thank you for your question. Model:NITP669UC does not include a ventilation system. Bosch does have a 36" Downdraft, Model #HDD86051UC that can be utilized with the Induction Cooktop if measurements permit.
