Hi adam, thanks for you interest in the NITP660UC & NIT5660UC. The NIT5660UC is from our 500 Series while the NITP660UC is from our Benchmark Series. The NITP660UC has the following additional features over its 500 Series counter part: 5 frying levels, Direct Select 2.0, FlexInduction, Frying Sensor Plus, and Keep Warm.
