“Bose 151 speakers are reading 3.6 ohms each with an ohm meter. How do I configure for 8 ohm operation? Manual says 151's rated at 4-8 ohms. My 8 ohm Sonos Connect Amp is overheating.”

I have the same setup with no issues. What makes you say your Sonos Amp is over heating? My guess is either you Amp is bad or you have a cable issue. What size cable are you using?
