“Does hard wiring means hooked up to 14 gauge speaker wires? Do they have to be hooked to additional power other then speaker wires?”

Hi David, great question here. There are actually two ways to set up the surround (rear) speakers on the Lifestyle 650. Out of the box, the speakers can be set up using the included wireless receivers which need to be connected to a power outlet. Alternatively, if you already have speaker wire run to the surround speakers' locations you can connect them directly to the existing wire and omit the wireless receivers (and therefore additional power) entirely. So yes you have to plug the power source to an outlet and then connect the wires to the surround speakers. All others speakers are wired directly to the receiver.The other information you requested is not currently available.
