“I have a Bose wave radio III speaker and a Bose wireless Bluetooth adapter. I would like to buy the module with the 2 wireless rear speakers. Can the module and 2 wireless rear speakers be connected to the wave radio speaker instead of a soundtouch bar?”

Hi Will, I hope you have been enjoying your Wave Radio III! As for the Acoustimass 300 bass module and Virtually Invisible 300 surround speakers - they do require the SoundTouch 300 soundbar in order to operate, so they won't work with the Wave Radio III.
