Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've talked to Bose customer service and they will tell you on how to connect them using the soundbar 500 remote control. Call them and they are very friendly. 1-800-379-2073. However I tried what they said and yet it still didn't work \ connect to the soundar. But they will give you the cable for free if you still cannot connect them. However of course we want the bass module be connected wireless. So if for some reason we still cannot connect it. We might return the item to best buy too. By the way, the other option to connect them is thru bose app (wifi needed) and bose universal remote control. We didn't try them mainly because we dont have the bose universal remote control and wifi at house. Unless Best Buy will let us borrow their Bose universal remote control - that would be very helpful.
