“I set up my Bose smart 300 and Bose 500 subwoofer with hdmi cable to tv and 3.5 cable from sound bar to woofer. I’m getting very little bass from woofer. How do you turn up bass. I tried with boss app and nothing happen.”

Hey Chris, not sure if you figure it out. But you have to download the app to your phone. & control the value and base on the app. Took me a while to understand it. & I had download the wrong app, smh. BOSE MUSIC is the app you download. Hope this helps
