If you have followed the instructions and are unable to pair this, we would recommend power cycling both the Soundbar and bass module, then trying again. • Unfortunately, this subwoofer will only work with the Soundbar 500. The SoundTOUCH 300 is just that: it is part of the Bose soundtouch line of products. The Bose 500 subwoofer will only work on the Bose Soundbar 500 and/or 700. Good luck on the return
