Yes. Tbh, at first when I bought and start to use this item, I was worried about the bass system work well everytime. Now I always do nothing, but the bass system automatically activate. That's awesome convenient. You can see the soundbar is connecting with base system on the BOSE app
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The subwoofer automatically comes on when you turn the soundbar on. The soundbar and subwoofer both automatically turn off once you turn the TV off. The next time I turn the TV on, I have to turn the soundbar on, and the subwoofer automatically turns itself back on. Once I turn the soundbar on, I can control its volume with my DirectTV remote.
