“I have a smart sound bar 300 and a bose bass500 that i have just connected to it. There is very little bass coming thru and definitely nothing i would consider a sub woofer sound. How do i remedy this?”

You can adjust the bass in the Bose app. Also, make you you added the 500 as an accessory for your sound bar. You do that in the app. There should be no mistaking the bass this bad boy puts out!
