“We have a Bose 500 soundbar. Recently purchased theater seats with Bass shakers installed. I connected the wireless transmitter but no effect is felt. Moving the transmitter cable connected to Bass outlet port, we feel it. Should I do something else?”

We're not able to ensure compatibility with third party devices. Please do not plug in non Bose devices to the Bass port on the Soundbar. Refer to the user manual for the Bass Shakers to ensure they are setup correctly.
