Many thanks for your question. You can certainly use the Bass Module 500 with the Soundtouch 300, however you will need to update the Soundtouch 300 firmware to the latest version before pairing them together.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it does not. The Bass Module 500 works only with the Soundbar 500. The Bass Module 700 can work with either the Soundbar 500 or 700. The Soundbar 300 is of a different model. It's part of the Soundtouch family. The 500 and 700 are soundbars only, but with the capability of bluetoothing their same type subwoofer. Hope this helps. Good Luck. I have the Soundbar 500 with the subwoofer. Definitely a nice system for a bedroom, dorm room, or apartment. I currently use it as my main entertainment system in my living room. Unfortunately, it doesn't pack as much "punch" as the more expensive systems. But it gets the job done for what I wanted.
