It sounds like you like a lot of bass! The Bose documentation recommends adding a second bass module when a lot of bass is desired. Short of doing that, perhaps placement of the bass module is an issue. Maybe moving it to a different location in the room would help. Also, have you run the tuning function that uses a microphone to set the system equalization? That helps a lot. One trick from the old days in the life of an audiophile is to put a speaker in your favorite listening chair and move your ears to different places in the room to find where the speaker sounds best. Then, put the speaker where your ears were and put your ears in your chair where the speaker was. Sound transmission works the same both ways, so this methods works quite well.
