The Bass Module 700 will play audio specifically encoded in 5.1 surround sound. Please check the audio output settings and formats used by your connected TV, and the method in which the TV is connected to the Soundbar 900. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure to run the Bose music app. Run adaptIQ to check signal. Set speaker levels in the app. Disconnect and reconnect wireless connection with module. Be sure it’s not too close to other strong wifi signals. Give these a try. Some basic troubleshooting for many scenarios not just the one you listed. Good luck. If all else fails calm tech support.
