Thanks for your question. The power requirement of the Bluetooth Audio Adapter is 5 V DC, 500 mA via the power supply or a powered USB port. The included power supply is compatible with 100-240v, 50-60Hz so it would be suitable for a 220 volt region. Thank you!

Only with a converter to 120 volts. You need a transformer that would change the voltage compatible with your product.
