“Is there a mute function on the headset or do I need to control that from the phone?”

• i don't see a mute button on the headset, so i would venture to think you would have to mute from the phone.

• Yes! Though there is no dedicated mute button on this headset, you can activate mute by pressing both Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously. An audible tone will be heard every 30 seconds as a reminder that the headset is muted. Thank you for the question!
