Please try again later.You might have to reset your Bose ear piece..I had the same issue... 1st you have to delete it from your smart phone..then shut phone off.. then turn on bose unit... when green light shows press call button and the minus button for the volume at the same time for like 10 seconds....release at the same time..this will reset the Bose ear piece... turn on your phone, then link up... Hope this helps you...
