“Is there a way to tell if it´s a Series 1 or 2? Having two headsets, side by side -- without retail packaging -- how can you differentiate between the two? Thanks.”

The Bluetooth series 1 and 2 headsets look identical to each other except for a large number “2” printed by the USB charging jack on the Series 2 headset. Our technical support group would also be able to determine which version it is by the small 4-digit code printed near the same spot.
