Honestly? Being 2 weeks old I'd return it to where I bought it for a refund or exchange.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the exact same thing a few days after I bought it try the reset by holding the mute button for 10 seconds if that doesn't work the next step would be to exchange it at the store that's what the people at BOSE told me to do.
