• The only differences are the model 10 has a cloth button and four button remote and the model 15 has a metal grate and universal remote.

• i personal guess the remote control is the difference CineMate 15 remote is universal you can configure all your device with the cinemate 15 remote and cinemate 10 the remote is only for the surround
