• Hello Jerry. As long as the TV has an audio output, the CineMate 15 Home Theater Speaker System will work with that TV. The CineMate 15 has digital coax, optical, and analog RCA inputs for connecting almost any TV.

• Yes all you have to do is hook it up with a optical cord or with your audio video cords
