I bought a standard 3.5mm stereo cable from Radio Shack to hook from the sound card to the speaker and it works fine. The cable that connects the two speakers together is fairly short and it is proprietary and even Bose does not make an extension.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The cable that connects the Companion 20 to a computer is in fact a standard 3.5mm AUX cable. Any 3.5mm female to male extension cable should work without a problem. The Left-speaker cable, however, is a 6.5 Ft wire with a proprietary connection. No extension for this wire is currently available through Bose or otherwise. Thanks for the question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe they call it a 1/8 inch cable. I just used the old cord off my old speaker system. Now that I think back , it did come with all the cables . I just put the ones I did not need away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know. Possibly from Bose there might be a longer one available?
