The "most helpful" answer to this question is INCORRECT, at least for the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Earbuds! I followed the advice of the last person to answer this question and bought a Replacement Charging Case on eBay. It arrived over the weekend. It charges my Bose Soundsport Free Wireless Earbuds perfectly and once charged, they paired to my device without any issues.

I called bose and was advised that the earbuds are linked to only that charging case and can not be charged in another case. In other words, you have to purchase the entire product again and those earbuds you have without their case can be thrown in the trash can. UNBELIEVABLE but true!!!!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No requirement to replace the case. Just buy a USB-A to USB-Micro cable and it should work fine for recharging it. Side note: The Soundsport is compatible with the TileApp smartphone app . No need to buy a Tile itself, just install the App on your phone and the Soundsport can be located using the TileApp (assuming it's battery is not drained and it's within bluetooth range of your phone OR anyone else that uses the Tileapp and is also within bluetooth range of the Soundsport).
