YES! I have tinnitus for 30 years (industrial accident) and they made a HUGE difference. It took the EDGE off noise, not eliminating it.

Depends on the "volume" and tone of the ringing. There are multiple types of sounds in the buds that you can listen to in the hope that it will blend-out the ringing. However, if the ringing is very loud and/or at a very high pitch, it can be a challenge finding a sound in the buds that can fully blend-out the ringing.

I am not sure about ringing in the ears but it is fantastic to keep noise out. My Husband snores real loud. I do not hear him when I wear them. I am very pleased with them.
