Hi Jackatrack16, thank you for your question. These are designed to mask the sound of someone snoring and help you to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Won’t totally cover loud snoring, but best defense I have found. See my full review.

They do help "mask" snoring sounds a lot - doesn't completely kill the snoring sound but greatly minimizes how loud it is. And the app sounds help divert your attention as well.
