No, but you will likely hear your phone alarm. I forgot I had my iPhone alarm set and could hear it. That was without the sound playing. I on,y use it for 30 minutes to get to sleep. If you use the in app alarm, you might like it. I find it quite different because it starts out soft and builds. I definitely wake up more gently using it,

If you want the Bose alarm, you go through the Bose app. If you set up an iPhone alarm but not a Bose app alarm, then the iPhone is the one that will ring come wake up time and not the earbuds. Your phone will ring with the calls as it normally does and will not interrupt the Bose alarm in any way.
