Hi, would suggest putting smaller earbuds on. Hope this helps. Love mine! Finally a good night sleep!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They do take a bit of getting used to. I too find my ear is a bit sore, but still prefer that to not sleeping due to snoring.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue when I first got the sleep buds.. The soreness in your ear mostly depends on how you were sleeping on the side of your head. If she tries to reposition her head while on her side she will be able to find a comfortable position. Also she should check and make sure she has the correct size of the ear bud surround.

We're happy to learn that they're working well, but it's concerning to hear about your wife's discomfort. We would first recommend that your wife tries all three sizes of the included StayHear Sleep eartips. Some users have benefited from using a different size in each ear as well. If the issue persists, our dedicated Sleepbuds specialists would be glad to help at 1-800-905-1273. They are available Mon. – Sat., 9 AM – midnight ET. We hope this helps! Have a great day.
