No, the Bose Noise-Masking Earbuds are for sleeping only. They do have recordings of rain, stream, rustling leaves, ocean waves, etc. Works rather well and the earbuds are surprisingly comfortable. Can't stream stuff like music or movies. There are other earbuds that'll do that. These are the only ones I've tried, so I can't compare them to others. But I can't complain. They do make it so much easier to fall asleep.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your question. The noise-masking sleepbuds look like tiny headphones, but they are uniquely designed for sleep. They don’t stream music or have acoustic noise cancellation. Instead, they use pre-loaded, soothing masking sounds to cover up unwanted nighttime noises so you can get to sleep and stay asleep. We hope this helps. Ashley - Bose Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So far I have found that they only work through the Bose app. What your are doing now is the same principle. The Bose app will play a continuous sound all night reducing environmental sound. The have many sound loop available. Waterfall, autumn leaves rustling, campfire, ocean surf and many more. These are very comfortable and stay in very well. I sleep on my ear a lot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they only play limited sounds from the app.
