I have tinnitus, and I still have it after I wake up using My tinnitus is always worse in the morning so it doesn't matter if I have the Sounds in my ear. You can adjust the volume level and turn it down and just have enough volume to help you go to sleep. It doe not make it worse. I have had tinnitus since th Marine Corp, Its loud all of the time and the sounds help drown it out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on the frequency of your tinnitus. I have tinnitus too and they don't mask 7500 hz - 8000 hz very well. I can still hear my tinnitus loudly but they block out my wifes snoring pretty well. Hopefully Bose produces more sounds for their app. to mask Tinnitus...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also have tinnitus in one ear, and have not noticed any ill effects. Logically, I also wear a hearing aid in that ear when awake, so it would make sense that there is no damage done by the much lower sound level provided by the Sleepbuds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a concern I also have. In order to mask my wife’s snoring I have to use the loudest setting. I think my tinnitus is worse. Bose needs to answer this question and issue a warning if using the earbuds aggravates tinnitus.
