I've been using the Bose sleep ear buds for about 6 months. Over this period I've noticed more moisture in my rightt ear. I've actually been awoken by a squishing sound in my right ear. This has concerned me so I take it out and wipe my ear and the buds. It corrects the problem temporarily but the sound returns. This past weekend I was awoken after sleeping for 3 hours. I turned my head and the room spun out of control. I wound up vomiting from the vertigo. It would not stop resulting in a trip to the ER. I was there for 20 hours.I was given a antivert meds, MRI and CT scan. 6 days later the symptoms are subsiding. The only difference in my sleep regimen were the sleep buds. I'm not using them any longer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve had my earbuds for a few months and had been wearing them frequently over the last few weeks (almost every night). I noticed a liquid discharge in one ear about a week ago so stopped using them and sure enough was diagnosed with an ear infection. Will no longer be using them :(
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m totally with you on this! The earbuds caused a major case of vertigo! It was awful and lasted almost 3 days. My dr said most likely caused by the earbuds building up pressure in my ears. I’ll never wear them again! For you I would recommend cleaning the buds with rubbing alcohol to prevent infections
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In the summer there is more moisture. An ear infection is due to lack of air and drainage. Keep the buds clean and ears clean. That should help. You can also irrigate your ear
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any issues with ear infections, but I do clean them with disinfecting wipes once a week. I used to wear wax ear plugs and did have some clogged ear issues from those. Since these don't really go inside my ear canal, I haven't experience anything like that while wearing these. Hope you feel better soon!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry cant help. Bought as a gift for my daughter who lives in Japan. But I will be sure to caution her about the possibility of ear Infections. Thank you for the heads up.
