“How long should one charge last? My sounds seem to last 5 to 5 1/2 hours. When I wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, there are no sounds. I usually go to bed at 9:30 or 10:00 PM.”

Most times I sleep for 8 hours at a time and I still have an average of 50% of my power left. Make sure that they are resting in the cradle the right way. If the two slim white lights aren’t blinking ( this means they are charging), or solid white ( this means they are fully charged), then check them again for proper seating in the charge unit.

Similar bed times here, I still wake up around 3 and there always is sound then and at 7 ish when I actually get up I started at 10 with 100% charge and right now at 3:40 the app reports 63% charge. I have the disk always plugged into usb power and at full charge. I started listening to swell and then downloaded shoreline sound, the only two I have been able to sleep with and I listen at very low volume. I have noticed one or two nights when I first got these a few weeks ago, when the buds didn’t start at full charge. Check the state of charge at start if night and if you can check throughout the day that the buds went from blinking led to solid, meaning that they completely charged. I have had them slip off the changing terminals. Neat system but it is a little finicky sometimes. Good luck
