• The Sleep Buds come with 3 different size ear pieces. Provided you select the correct ear piece for your ears the Sleep Buds will stay in your ears securely.

• Hi Holly! While each user will have their own personal comfort and fit, the 3 provided sizes of StayHear+ Sleep tip (Small, Medium and Large) these are designed to hook into and stay in your ears. As noted by the other users these are unlikely to come out, but we would still recommend that you visit a store and try these on personally to ensure that these fit you before committing to your purchase!
