Q: QuestionHello, when asking Alexa to play a song, it starts playing but stops within seconds , then light bar stays on white at middle top and bottom. Why is this happening? Thank you!

• A:Answer The light ring showing white in two places indicates that the speaker is paused. Please try asking it to play the music again, or see if you can resume it from the Bose Music app.

• A:Answer The speaker doesn't support physical auxiliary inputs but you could pair via Bluetooth if the TV supports that. It is not a soundbar so be aware that you won't be getting the same experience.

• A:Answer It is not waterproof, but water resistant. I wouldn't feel comfortable placing it in an area with active splashing water but mist or steam should be fine. The main differences between this and the Revolve+ II is the added bass modules at the top of the speaker and Bose Music App support. The Revolve+ II has neither of these.
