I threw my instructions away but you pretty much remove the old pads, including the sticky strip. You peel the plastic off of the sticky strip on the new ones and place where the old ones where. You will hear a clicking noise as the lip aligns and tucks under the ledge. The last bit will require that you use your nails to really get it into place.
