“The mode button on my headphones does not work. My husband brought it back and got a new one and this one does not work either. I turned +it on but it will not go up or down in volume nor will it pause.....help! I have it plugged in to my i phone”

If you have the Android version of the headphones, that may explain the issue that you are experiencing. Silly question but are you sure you have purchased the IPhone version of the qc20? The android version is similar but may not operate correctly on iPhone. I had the same issue with my android when I accidently picked up an iPod version years ago.
