I think you'll find the lag to be very and significantly annoying. I started the return process (well, there were other reasons, too) when I tried watching a baseball game with the QC 35 II's -- and as the batter hit the ball on the screen I felt I could've gone to get both peanuts and cracker jacks before I actually heard it.
