“I tried these headphones w/ cable to watch tv on a plane. I was unable to hear any audio though, and had to use a back-up pair instead. The headphones were connected to my iPad which was turned off. Is that why I couldn’t hear the tv? How do I fix that?”

I recently purchased a TaoTronics bluetooth transmitter so I could listen to an old Sony radio without a cable. At first it would not connect. Then I read one of the instructions on how to clear the list of paired devices by holding the on-off-pairing button to pairing for 10 seconds. Then I was able to add the TaoTronics device and re-add my phone and both work with the headphones now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The sounds is poor to marginal if you use the cord without noise cancellation. so make sure the headset is turned on. If it was, then the source of the audio may have been of poor quality.
