If your plan is to charge the headphones with a long USB cord, you can buy a really long one. (I believe the longest is 15 feet) The headphones use a micro-USB connector for charging. The USB port is ONLY for charging as far as I can tell. If you want to run a wire between your computer and headphones for audio, you will need to use the included audio cable. Generic extension cables for headphones are available if you need the cord to be longer.

Hi there, the cable is 43" (1.1 m) and is a 3.5mm connection. We don't have a wire that will allow you to connect via USB.
