Are these worth the money? Anything comparable null

You are paying for their research and overall quality. Yes, there are comparable headphones, even in lower price brackets. However, sound quality and/or building quality may not be the same. I guess that is all subjective to the individual.

You will never want another pair of headphones if you are annoyed by background noise. While there are some headphones that have a slightly better sound quality, NONE of them compare to these headphones’ noise cancelling capability in my opinion.

I've been using Bose QC's since the first version. I have never found anything that is even close to the sound quality, and the noise suppression.
