No, most radios cannot connect their output to bluetooth devices. If you are driving you would only wear these headphones if you had a deathwish - they are very effective at shutting out external noise and that would be a huge safety problem.

Not unless your car radio has a bluetooth transmitter. Or if it has a AUX plug, they provide a two sided aux cord
