• With a standard 2.5mm audio cable output yes. With a 2.5mm audio to BT adapter out could acheive wireless

• If your TV does not support bluetooth headphones directly, you can get a bluetooth adapter that connects to the TV's headphone output (if it has one). You can also connect an adapter to the TV's RCA stereo output. Search for aluratek.
