Hi Delirious! Great question. The QC35 Series II offers the same unmatched noise reduction technology, audio performance, and 20-hour battery. However, it has a new Action button located on the left ear cup. In countries and languages where the Google Assistant is available, that button gives you instant access to the Google Assistant. They fold together differently in a different case; they’re Bluetooth wireless; they charge via a provided USB cable; they have Google Assistant built in if you get that optional model; otherwise, they’re just still the most comfortable best sounding best noise canceling headphones on the market
