- Answer It does address that issue quite admirably. I had that problem with the previous product also. I even expressed it in a review. I must say someone was listening and it was taken seriously.

QuestionWhen is the next firmware update being released? I have read on Reddit that the next one will come with a true off mode for longer run time and no wind noises. I hope it will fix connection issues. They said, it would be released April 2023.

- Answer Only Bose knows this answer and they haven't released a roadmap for firmware updates. Given that they're now focused on the Ultra earbuds, instead of releasing the aptX update for the QC Earbuds II, I think it's safe to say that a firmware update for the QC Earbuds II is at least 6-12 months away if at all.

QuestionHow is the call quality on these? I own many BOSE products, but I had to return the first generation of these earbuds, because noise canceling was non-existent, and callers were barely able to hear me.

- Answer The call quality is amazing. My wife could not even tell I was wearing the Earbuds. I was at work with a lot of ambient noise. Greatly improved over the old version.

QuestionHow long before they start losing battery life. I have the previous generation of these and before a they were a year old they would only play for about a half hour on a charge. (Wasn’t playing them loud could have them in and still hold conversation)

QuestionCan I turn the noise cancelling off? There is static in the buds with no sound. The aware mode goes bizarre when driving with an open window or outside with wind. I have read, this is coming in April 2023, but where is it?
