A:Answer They are expensive because "Bose" is on the side of them. However, they are worth it if you wait for a sale. I ordered mine and got them for $229. If you need to save more wait for the next generation to come out and the price will go down. With all that being said they are a fantastic, great sound and block out all surrounding noise. I work out in what would be a noisy gym but these block it all out so I just hear the music. As for how long do they last, depends on how loud you listen, but they recharge quickly...100% every time I pull them out of the case.
