• The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) are mainly made for great sound and strong noise cancellation, not for boosting voices in places like restaurants. They can block background noise and make phone calls clearer, and you can use transparency mode to hear people around you without taking them off. But they don’t amplify conversations or work like hearing aids. In short, they’re excellent for listening to music and calls in noisy areas, but not designed to make group conversations easier.
