A:AnswerYes, you should not have any issues pairing it to just about anything that plays Bluetooth. You must push the on off button all the way forward until you hear the prompt ready for pairing
A:AnswerThe serial number is usually located on a small label on the inside of the headband or underneath one of the ear cups. You can also check the original box/packaging, since the serial number is often printed on the barcode label.
A:AnswerReturn policies can vary depending on the retailer and membership status, but Best Buy typically offers a return window (often around 15 days for most customers). I recommend checking your Best Buy account/order details or the product page for the exact return policy for this item.
A:AnswerBoth, sort of... yes it comes with a carrying case and it's soft on the inside and can hold the included charging cable and 1/8" stereo cable. The case is somewhat hard in order to protect the headphones, but it's not so strong as to be crushproof if you put something heavy on it, for example, so don't do that :)
A:AnswerThey are one type of the newest lines they carry, I would take some time and go to the store and try them on, listen for yourself. This specific line with the expanded shades of colors was very very poor quality. You can feel how cheap they are with the light plastic outer pieces 100% plastic, never before have I seen this from Bose, consequently they outer plastic shell makes it really difficult to achieve a quality sound when the foundation is plastic. The poorest quality I have ever seen or heard from Bose. Been using theses products for 30 plus years, nothing ever like this.
