there is a setting within the app to keep it on all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you download the Bose connect app and go to settings, there is a configurable Auto-Off Timer. It defaults to 1 hour but can be changed to 5 min, 20 min, 40 min, 1 hour, 3 hours, or Never. As I found out after I bought them, the noise cancellation on these headphones are not very good. It will mute a little bit of the noise, but what drives me nuts about it is the floor noise that you can hear through the headphones with the noise cancellation set on the maximum setting. It is very annoying and should be easily fixed with a low cut filter which I would have expected from a company like Bose, but was VERY disappointed. Also, the rubber coating on the neckband started separating after a month's use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you have to fully turn them off, i found that leaving them on after use only puts them in an idle mode
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no problem with mine love them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My set also turns off after not being used for a time. I don't use for phone so, no prob for me. I am curious about this. It sounds like a power saving feature. Maybe the company can tell you how to override this function. Post if you find out,
