QuestionWhere is the mic located on this unit? Does the location of the mic hinder the ability for others hearing you speak while using it during phone conversations?

- Answer The mic is placed on the right earbud. If you let the right earbud hang freely, it rubs against your shirt and the person you're talking to will hear loud swishing noises. If you keep the right earbud in your ear, you will have to talk loudly before the person you're talking to can hear you properly.

QuestionI just bought this headphone yesterday & found a problematic issue, if I'm on the phone and put my phone in my back pocket I get very weird cracklings sound and static. When I take the phone out of my pocket than it works perfect not sure why?

- Answer Try shutting the earbuds off. Make sure you delete them from you Bluetooth device list on your phone. Plug the headphones into the charging wire. Make sure that the headphones are actively charging for at lease five seconds. Unplug the headphones from the charging wire. Wait at least one minute before powering on the headphones. (This should reset the earbuds). Next pair the headphones to your phone again. Hopefully this will help.

QuestionCan you use them in the car with only one earpiece in? I am looking for a wireless option for my iphone 7 to replace both my Bose 20's and my bluetooth I use while driving for work.

- Answer They might - depending on your helmet. I would really suggest getting a Bluetooth intercom (like SENA) for your helmet. Those are great.

- Answer Hello! Thank you for your interest in our products. Our QC30 headphones are made from materials specifically engineered to be comfortable and light, and are sweat- and water-resistant. They are subjected to rigorous product testing to ensure their durability. However, while these are resistant to water; prolonged exposure to water/submersion of the product can damage the headphones and is not supported or recommended. This would also result in a void of the warranty using the product this way. We hope this helps!

- Answer I wouldn't recommend for workouts. I'm on my second pair as I returned the first. The volume button goes into auto down after half an hour or so of sweating. Same when hiking. They're brilliant when travelling etc, just don't get em wet...

QuestionI understand sound will be heard from both left and right ear sets when listening to music but when answering a phone call, will sound be heard on both left and right as well or only one side? If only one earphone can be heard, which side?

- Answer Phone calls are through both sides in this model. Very clear, and the noise cancellation makes hearing the other party even easier.

- Answer While the headset would not vibrate, it will provide an incoming, two note ringtone if a specific ringtone is not sent from the connected device over Bluetooth followed by a voice prompt of the caller ID (if enabled in the headset).

- Answer Hello, thank you for taking the time to ask a question about our QC30 headphones! The wire for this headset is not retractable. and is at a fixed length from the neck-piece. We would recommend adjusting this neck piece to a height you're happy with if you feel there is too much or too little slack on the wire. We hope this helps!

Once you have the QC30 paired with your phone, you can hold down the multi-function button on the QC30's right cable. QuestionFrom all the reviews, it seems the biggest issue with these headphones is with the rubber cover on the outside starts peeling off. Does anyone know if the most recent models are having the same issues? There have been lots of returns for this.

- Answer True in the past, but Best Buy insurance took of them. Typically I exchanged 4 headsets per year due to separation. The latest headset has lasted over 8 months and counting!
