True in the past, but Best Buy insurance took of them. Typically I exchanged 4 headsets per year due to separation. The latest headset has lasted over 8 months and counting!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not having any problems with these, as you describe. I also have the wired version of these and haven't had the issue. The only issue I've had with the older ones is the small band that holds them together, (where the wire feeds in) will slide off and you have to slide it back on. I'm thinking about putting a small amount of silicone glue on it to prevent it.
